Known for his deep expertise in the real estate industry and his practical and creative approach to the practice of law, clients turn to Ted Brown to advise on complex issues involving real estate.
He regularly counsels his clients on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, developments, leases, preferred equity investments, mezzanine financings, and construction and permanent loan facilities. He represents developers, REITs, private equity funds, institutional lenders, and owner-operators in deals spanning a wide range of asset classes including energy and renewable energy infrastructure, data centers, senior living and healthcare facilities, hotels and resorts, entertainment venues, and retail, office, and industrial properties.
