Overview
Riley is a creative and effective litigator who represents companies and individuals in complex commercial disputes.
From presuit evaluations to dispositive motions practice and appeals, Riley has successfully represented clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, natural resources, technology, consumer products, and manufacturing.
Before joining the firm, Riley clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth L. Harris at the Colorado Court of Appeals and worked in the litigation groups at large law firms in New York City and Denver. During law school, Riley also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Roslynn R. Mauskopf at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and to the Hon. Joseph C. Spero at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
