We’re proud to share that Mallory Hasbrook and Kristin Knetzer contributed to the Sixth Edition of the Landman’s Legal Handbook, now available for pre-order from The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law. Their chapter, “Split Estates and Surface Access” addresses how surface owners’ rights are balanced against development of the mineral estate, including the co-development of oil and gas alongside solar and wind projects.
