Welborn Sullivan Meck & Tooley, P.C. is pleased to highlight its representation of The Cable Center in connection with the sale of its building located on the University of Denver campus to the University of Denver, which previously didn’t own the building.
The transaction involved The Cable Center’s approximately 75,000-square-foot building at 2000 Buchtel Boulevard, which has long served as an important home for preserving and advancing the history, leadership, and legacy of the cable and broadband industry.
The representation on behalf of WSMT was led by Sam Bacon and Alex Norlander, who advised The Cable Center on the real estate and transactional aspects of the sale.
This transaction reflects the continued evolution of The Cable Center’s mission, in which it has played a unique role in Denver and nationally, preserving the institutional memory of the cable industry while supporting leadership development, education, collaboration, and industry engagement.
WSMT is proud to have assisted The Cable Center in this significant transaction and congratulates The Cable Center and the University of Denver on this important milestone.
Additional details on this transaction is available at The Denver Post and Denver Business Journal.
