Sheryl Howe recently lectured at the Federal Onshore Oil and Gas Pooling & Unitization Special Institute sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. Her lecture and paper is entitled “Plans of Development and Unit Expansions.”
Sheryl is Past Chair of the Natural Resources and Energy Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
