In celebration of Bravo! Vail and Music Education Month, Welborn would like to share that our very own Edward Blieszner was recently a Special Guest Conductor of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra with renowned conductor and educator, Marin Alsop, during the Bravo! Vail’s Orchestral Series 2023.
The New York Philharmonic returned to Bravo! Vail for its annual summer residency reprising 19-year-old Yunchan Lim’s legendary, Gold medal-winning performance of Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 3 at the 2022 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, with Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet Suite.
