Overview
Ashley L. Glassman practices energy law, oil and gas transactions, estate planning, business law, and contract drafting and negotiation, including varied real property instruments.
She has experience drafting all forms of title opinions, including drilling, division order, and acquisition opinions covering fee, state, and federal lands. She has conducted and managed numerous oil and gas and mining due diligence projects throughout the U.S. Ashley drafts estate plans both simple and complex and handles probates in the State of Colorado. Lastly, Ashley supports companies with the buying and selling of various assets including real estate, rights of ways, pipelines, wells, and leases.
Outside of work, Ashley can be found with her husband and two young sons enjoying all that Colorado has to offer—including hiking, camping, gardening, and the occasional skiing!

- Negotiated various real estate deals, including joint ventures, and the sale of energy-related assets such as leases, wells, pipelines, and rights-of-way
- Authored title opinions covering fee, federal, and state lands in the Rocky Mountain region, including Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, and North Dakota
- Represented landowners and industry in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, surface use agreements, title curative, and more
- Represented individuals in probate administration of decedents’ estates, including ancillary probate
- Prepared estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and related ancillary documents
