Overview

Kaitlyn Dehmer focuses on assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, commercial contract drafting, corporate law and governance, and transactional employment law.

Kaitlyn helps clients navigate the purchase and sale of businesses, through the due diligence stage to the purchase agreement stage. Kaitlyn also assists clients in drafting and reviewing various governing documents and drafting and reviewing employment agreements.

Kaitlyn obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she served as an editor of the University of Denver Law Review. When not working, Kaitlyn enjoys reading crime fiction novels, practicing hot yoga, discovering new places to eat and running.
