Matt represents clients in environmental, natural resource, transportation and electric public utility work, and water rights disputes. He is a litigator with experience appearing in administrative tribunals, and state and federal courts.
Matt also advocates for clients in the regulatory and legislative spaces, including assisting with rulemaking and bill drafting. Matt has experience with Clean Air Act enforcement and litigating at the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.
