Overview

Marissa is an experienced transactional attorney who specializes in real estate transactions and business law. In her practice, she focuses on assisting clients with drafting and reviewing commercial leases, acquisitions and dispositions, and loan documents. She has experience conducting due diligence and reviewing title and survey documents for commercial finance transactions and commercial real estate transactions.  Additionally, she represents corporate and business clients in general corporate governance and business matters, including entity formation and organizations, joint ventures, contract negotiations, and general contract review. She has experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and minority investments. 

Marissa also counsels local and national companies in connection with oil and gas and other energy infrastructure projects, including right-of-way and easement acquisition, pipeline and asset acquisition, solar leasing, and related due diligence.
