Overview

Kyle represents clients in natural resources, environmental, and business matters, including water rights litigation, renewable and traditional energy development, mining projects, environmental regulation, natural resources and corporate transactions, and general corporate matters.

Kyle’s practice reaches each facet of natural resources development. He helps clients navigate the full range of water resources issues, from the purchase and sale of water rights to water court litigation. He assists in the development and purchase and sale of renewable and traditional energy resources. And he handles regulatory and administrative law issues. Kyle also assists clients with corporate transactions and corporate organizational documents. In each area of his practice, Kyle leverages his broad skillset and focuses on providing thoughtful and effective solutions for clients.

In law school, Kyle was a Sturm Law Scholar and Editor-in-Chief of the University of Denver Water Law Review. He also gained experience with the Honorable David Furman at the Colorado Court of Appeals, a water resources start-up company, and the Natural Resources and Environment Section of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. Prior to law school, Kyle served in the U.S. Air Force. In his free time, he enjoys running, reading, and being outdoors.
